Design Notes

Check the input common-mode range against the actual signal, especially in single-supply rails where ground-referenced signals sit at the edge.
Capacitive load drives stability; add series isolation when driving cables or ADC inputs directly.
Offset voltage and its drift, not gain bandwidth, usually set the achievable accuracy in DC instrumentation.
Decouple at the pin with the smallest package capacitor that meets the transient requirement, returned to a local ground.
